Governed Agent Implementation

Configure one bounded assistant around approved sources and human authority.

Generic AI can accelerate output without showing which sources, limits, decisions, or people make the result trustworthy.

Outcome: Deploy a Delivery Agent with a named job, governed context, evaluation criteria, explicit review gate, and traceable result.

Supports: Delivery Agents implementation and adoption.

Three bounded evidence-assistance cells stopping at human approval before an attributable project output.

We'll confirm the accountable product, the first workflow worth changing, and a delivery phase your team can evaluate.

The Challenge

01

AI tools that sound impressive but don't actually help with real engineering tasks

02

Document silos where information exists but can't be found when needed

03

Engineers spending hours drafting routine correspondence and documentation

04

No institutional memory — when experts leave, knowledge leaves with them

Our Approach

01

Domain Analysis

Map your engineering vocabulary, document types, and workflow contexts to build a domain-specific foundation.

02

Knowledge Architecture

Design the information architecture that enables relevant retrieval — not just semantic search.

03

Agent Development

Build agents with access to your specific data, trained on your terminology and workflows.

04

Evaluation & Refinement

Benchmark agent performance against real engineering tasks and refine based on actual usage patterns.

Deliverables

Document Intelligence Agent

AI agent that answers questions about your documents using your actual terminology and context

Project Q&A System

Chat interface for project information — status, decisions, action items, and document retrieval

Automated Drafting

AI-assisted document drafting for routine engineering correspondence and documentation

Delivery Agents

Three standard packs plus the Delivery Agent Toolkit for repeatable prompts, connectors, evaluations, and deployment runbooks

Delivery Agent Toolkit

Implementation toolkit for packaging prompts, workflows, connectors, evaluations, and deployment artifacts behind Delivery Agents

Copilot Customization

Custom Copilot skills and prompts trained on your engineering workflows

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from standard Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot provides general AI capabilities. Delivery Agents package specific delivery workflows into governed agent packs, starting with Document Intake Agent, Project Knowledge Agent, and Compliance Review Agent.

What data stays in our tenant?

All data stays within your Microsoft 365 tenant. We don't use your data to train external models. Agent configurations and learning remain within your environment.

Can this work with our existing EDMS?

Yes. Our agents can connect to SharePoint, Documentum, Aconex, and other systems via APIs and connectors. We build the integration layer that makes your existing data accessible to AI.

What's the implementation timeline?

A focused starter pack typically takes 4-6 weeks to pilot. Broader rollout depends on data readiness, integrations, and the governance controls required for additional packs.
