Website Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2, 2026
MocStudios is the public trade name of 2696429 Alberta Inc. These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MocStudios website, public content, forms, email signup surfaces, and related online materials.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website use only
These terms apply to the website and public online materials. Paid consulting services, product deployments, managed services, proofs of concept, subscriptions, or support arrangements are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, data-processing terms, or other written agreement between the parties.
If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement for paid work, the signed agreement governs for that work.
Canadian mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian law, including privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, intellectual property, competition, or other mandatory laws that may apply to a specific interaction. If a mandatory law gives you a non-waivable right or remedy, these terms apply only to the extent permitted by that law.
Website content and product descriptions
The content on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, accounting, procurement, engineering, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals before relying on website content for decisions that require professional judgment.
We try to keep public content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your organization.
Product names, product descriptions, roadmaps, diagrams, articles, guides, and case-study material are provided to explain our thinking and capabilities. They are not guarantees of future availability, performance, compliance outcome, or delivery scope unless included in a signed agreement.
We aim to describe our products and services clearly and avoid inflated claims. If a page describes an assessment, accelerator, agent, or product capability, treat it as a description of available or intended capability, not as a promise that a specific feature, timeline, integration, or regulatory outcome applies to your organization without written scope.
Public diagrams, articles, and product pages are intended to help an organization decide whether a conversation with MocStudios is worth having. They are not implementation instructions for regulated operations and should not be used as a substitute for a scoped assessment of your own systems, obligations, controls, and evidence.
Inquiries and no obligation
You may contact MocStudios through the website to request a consultation, demo, assessment, or general follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, consulting engagement, confidentiality obligation, partnership, or obligation for either party to proceed with work.
A client relationship starts only when the parties sign or otherwise accept a written agreement that defines the work, commercial terms, delivery responsibilities, confidentiality obligations, privacy and security expectations, and any product or support commitments.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or client data through public website forms unless we have agreed in writing to receive it through that channel.
If your organization needs to discuss controlled project records, personal information, commercially sensitive material, regulatory evidence, or legal hold material, contact us first so we can agree on an appropriate intake path.
If you send ideas, feedback, or suggestions through the website, you grant MocStudios permission to review and use that feedback without owing compensation or creating any obligation, while our handling of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to bypass security, authentication, rate limits, or access controls;
- interfere with the operation, availability, or integrity of the website;
- submit malware, spam, automated abuse, or deceptive content;
- scrape, copy, or republish website content in a way that violates these terms or applicable law; or
- misrepresent your identity, authority, organization, or affiliation.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text, graphics, product names, service descriptions, frameworks, images, layouts, and other materials, is owned by MocStudios or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, resell, repackage, publish, or create derivative works from website materials without written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, resources, or services. Those third parties are not controlled by MocStudios, and their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information through the website is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or submitting information through it, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in that policy.
If you subscribe to email updates or otherwise receive commercial electronic messages from MocStudios or 2696429 Alberta Inc., those messages are intended to comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including sender identification, contact information, and a working unsubscribe mechanism where required. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days or less where CASL applies.
No warranties
The website and public content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MocStudios disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MocStudios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or public content.
Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those cases, the exclusions and limitations in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
These limitations apply to website use and public content. They do not replace any liability allocation, indemnity, service level, warranty, privacy, security, or support terms in a signed agreement for paid work.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, remove, or change website content, features, and these terms from time to time. The latest version of these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Governing law
These terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Subject to any mandatory laws that apply in your jurisdiction, legal proceedings related to these terms or the website must be brought in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
